Business Practices

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Order processing starts once payment for an order has cleared.
  • Orders will be picked and packed within 2 business days.

 

PACKAGING

  • All sensitive electronics are sealed in antistatic bags.
  • Parts are layered in bubble wrap for protection during shipping.  

 

SHIPPING

  • We ship primarily with the United States Postal Service.
  • Our primary shipping service is First Class Parcel or Priority Mail.
  • Large, heavy items will ship FedEx.
  • If you need an order delivered Next Day Air, please ask us for a quote.
  • All orders over $10 will have tracking numbers.  

 

RETURNS

  • If you are not happy with it, send it back.
  • We do not have any restocking fees, but we do ask that you pay the return shipping fees. 
  • Please be willing to do some trouble shooting with us.
