All our products are covered by our own 60 day warranty. If a problem arises we want to work through the situation with you. Happy customers are the way we continue to grow and we are here to help.

Our Process

Identify the problem by assisting with a diagnoses and trouble shooting.
Determine the best way to resolve the issue. Our preferred method is to replace the defective item whenever possible.
We do ask to share the cost of shipping, we will pay for outbound shipping and ask our customers to cover inbound shipping costs
If we cannot send a replacement we will issue a refund for the original purchase price less any shipping costs.

Handling Time

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If your order is placed by 9AM PST on a regular shipping day it will be shipped that day.

ITEM CONDITION

Our items are primarily pulled from used computers. We carefully test each part we sell for proper function. They are cleaned and sealed in antistatic bags. Parts will show signs of prior installation such as tools marks, minor dust and scratches.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a purchase or it does not solve the problem with your machine we will be happy to arrange a return. Our timeframe for returns is 30 Days from the delivery date.
