We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we simply ask you cover the return shipping costs.
If a part is defective on arrival or fails within 30 days we will offer a replacement or refund and a pre-paid return shipping label.
The majority of our parts come from used machines and are in good working condition.
The part may have signs of cosmetic wear, but will be fully operational.
We use photos to show the overall cosmetic condition of an item they will accurately reflect the part you will receive but may not be the exact item.

To achieve this we will work diligently with you to diagnose issues and find solutions as they come up.
Finding the problem can sometimes be tricky and frustrating. Often times the part that seemed to be failing might not even be the issue.
