We accept returns for any reason within thirty days of purchase: we simply ask you cover the return shipping costs.
If a part is defective on arrival or fails within thirty days, we will offer a replacement or refund and a pre-paid return shipping label.
Part Condition
The majority of our parts come from used machines and are in good working condition.
The part may have signs of cosmetic wear, but will be fully operational.
We use photos to show the overall cosmetic condition of an item. They will accurately reflect the part you will receive, but may not be the exact item.

Finding the problem can sometimes be tricky and frustrating. Often times, the part that seemed to be failing might not even be the issue.
Used control board for a 2017 iMac 27" 5k. Very hard to find and these people had one. Extremely well packed. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone.
